At Must Société, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are excluded from our standard return policy.

Contact our guest services team or visit one of our showrooms with your original receipt and order number to begin the return process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition and repacked in the initial packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For small decor, bring items directly to a boutique; for large furniture pieces, our team will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup service at your convenience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
