What are your shipping and white-glove delivery options?

We offer standard curbside delivery and premium white-glove service. Our white-glove team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice, perform full assembly, and remove all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for furniture and decor?

Unused decor items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For furniture, we offer a 7-day inspection period; however, custom orders and 'Final Sale' items are non-refundable.

Do you offer financing for large purchases?

Yes, Must Société partners with leading financial providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to design your dream home now and pay over time.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large furniture pieces, our logistics team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All our furniture pieces come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damages.

Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?

Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color. You can request swatches for most of our upholstered collections through our website or by visiting one of our showrooms.
